Article 1 – Relevance
These conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of bargain and sale, which have come about by means of the web site of Orgas-me. Accepting a tender or placing an order indicate that you accept the relevance of these conditions.

Article 3 – Agreements
The purchase agreement is valid once you place an order and we confirm the order through the internet. As long as the order is not confirmed you can cancel the agreement. Orgas-me has the right to terminate an order or refuse a customer without any reason. Such act will be communicated through e-mail.
Article 4 – Delivery
We aim to ensure that the product is delivered within five working days. The maximum time of delivery will be at the latest 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If we are not able to deliver within 30 days we will keep you informed. In that case you have the right to terminate the order without any costs. Any existing payments made will be rewired to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 working days after Orgas-me received the request to terminate the agreement.
Article 5 – Rate
All prices for merchandise offered by us are in Euros including turnover taxes (VAT) and excluding delivery charges. The prices will not increase within the duration of the offer unless laws or provisions require so. You have the power to end the Agreement up to the day on which the increased price takes effect. All prices on the web site are reserved without any typographical or printing error.
Article 6 – Delivery charges
All orders will be delivered by TNT. Delivery costs are dependent on the country in which you reside. The charge for delivery within the Netherlands is € 5.00. This amount is included in the total sum when placing an order. Any order placed above € 75.00 will be sent free of charge. Delivery charges outside the Netherlands but within Europe cost € 8.50. This also applies to orders placed above the € 75.00.
Article 7 – Offers
All of Orgas-me's offers listed on the site are valid until the announced date of validity. However, Orgas-me can still cease an offer prematurely. An offer is valid only if it is still in stock.
Article 8 – Payments
We are offering the following paying methodes:
iDEAL
iDEAL allows you to make online purchases in a familiar, secure and simple way. All transactions are made on the online banking-application of your own personal bank. Once you have access to online banking at your bank, you can use iDeal without further notification.
How does iDeal work?
You place an order with us. When you are about to pay the purchase order, you can select iDeal as payment method. After checking your data and the products you ordered, you will automatically enter the iDeal browser. Here you will select your bank. Then you will be conveyed to your own bank where you will find the final step in making your payment. Your bank will request you for some details. Then you give your approval for the payment. The payment will immediately be transfered and we will get an automatic respond that the payment has been completed.
Benefits using iDeal
Ideal offers you a number of advantages compared with other paying methodes:
- iDEAL involves paying by means of online banking, therefore familiar and secure systems.
- You can start using iDEAL right away . You do not need to register, download any files or open an account .
- You can start using iDEAL right now if you already have online banking with ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING, Rabobank or SNS Bank.
- iDEAL is easy and quick to use, with all transaction details already filled in for you and immediate confirmation of successful payment processing.
- You remain in control of your payment at all times. iDEAL payments are processed immediately and appear on your account straightaway.
- Your name and account number are not disclosed to the online store until you authorise payment. Unlike credit card payments, you remain in control of the release of your personal details.

Benefits of a bank transfer:
- You have full control and overview on the payment.
Disadvantages of a bank transfer:
- The transfer takes 2-3 days which causes delay with delivery (3-5 days).
Article 9 – Returns
From a hygiene point of view, it is only possible to return packages which have not been opened.
After receiving the products you have ordered you have the right to return all products or some of it, without any reason, within 5 days after the expediting date. After receiving the returned products, the payment you made will be transfered back to your account within 10 working days. Any delivery charges will be for your account, unless otherwise agreed with Orgas-me.
The products are to be returned to Orgas-me, undamaged and in their original packaging including the invoice. If that is not the case, we cannot accept the returned products and will return it back to you. Delivery charges will be on your account. Lingerie cannot be returned.
