- What does the "point system" mean?
The pointsystem is a saving method with which you are awarded points to each product you purchase. The points represent a value that can be used in future to acquire new products.
The pointsystem works as follow:
- For each euro you spend at our shop, you automatically save 5 points which value € 0,05
- Your financial saving can only be used from a value of € 10,00 or more
- What can I do with the balance from the point system?
The points that you have accumulated dealing with the point system can be used to purchase other products at Orgas-me. The balance has to be at least € 10,00 before one can use the points.
The balance that you have saved with the point system will be deducted from the total value of your follow up acquisition. Therefore, if you purchase a product with a value of € 50,00 and your points value a total of € 10,00, you will recieve an invoice of € 50,00 -/- € 10,00 = € 40,00.
- What is iDeal?
iDEAL allows you to make online purchases in a familiar, secure and simple way. All transactions are made on the online banking-application of your own personal bank. Once you have access to online banking at your bank, you can use iDeal without further notification.
Benefits using iDeal
Ideal offers you a number of advantages compared with other paying methodes:
- DEAL involves paying by means of online banking, therefore familiar and secure systems.
- You can start using iDEAL right away . You do not need to register, download any files or
open an account.
- You can start using iDEAL right now if you already have online banking with ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING, Rabobank or SNS Bank.
- iDEAL is easy and quick to use, with all transaction details already filled in for you and immediate confirmation of successful payment processing.
- You remain in control of your payment at all times. iDEAL payments are processed immediately and appear on your account straightaway.
- Your name and account number are not disclosed to the online store until you authorise payment. Unlike credit card payments, you remain in control of the release of your personal detail
- What is the time of delivery?
We aim to ensure that the product is delivered within five working days. If you place an order during the weekend, it will be processed on monday. Your order will be delivered at the latest within 30 days. If it is not in our power to deliver a product immediately, we will inform you within one day and provide you further information of when the expected time of delivery will be.
- What does the package look like?
All packages will be delivered by TNT and will be packed in a plain box.
- What happens if the package is delivered and I am not home?
All packages will be delivered by TNT. Consignments within the Netherlands are provided with a TRACK & TRACE number which you will receive with your delivery notification. This enables you to track your package online. The package will be sent "registered" which means that you will have to sign for the receipt. This means that if you are not home, the package will not be left behind with your neighbours. The mailman will make another effort to deliver the package the following day. If this effort in delivering the product fails a second time, you can collect the package at the local post office the day after.
- The product is damage, what now?
If you happen to recieve a damaged product from Orgas-me, you can mail a complaint to klachten@Orgas-me.nl. We will respond to your mail within 24 hours and inform you how we will proceed in solving the problem.
- Can I exchange/return my product?
It is possible to return your product within 5 days after it has been delivered. However, you are obliged to send us an e-mail at klantenservice@Orgas-me.nl. Clarify if you would like to return or exchange the product, what product you are referring to, the reason you want to return/change the product and the invoice number. After receiving your request in returning the product we will inform you on how we will proceed.
From a hygienic standpoint, it is only possible to return unopened packages. You are obliged to return the product sufficiently packed and stamped. All costs for returning a product are on your own account. Consignments which are not, or insufficiently stamped will be refused without exchanging or refunding it. If you return your products in unopened packages with sufficient stamps, the purchased sum will be transferred back to your account within 30 days. In case of exchanging a product, the new requested product will be sent to you within 5 days.
